Episode #71: How I Took My Business Online

Apr 09, 2020

In this episode, I walk you through the major steps I took to take my business online. In the early days, I did a lot of things "in person", but very quickly I realized that I'd be able to help more people if I took my efforts online.

I focus on two main areas: 1) how I reached people online (digital marketing) and 2) how I served people online (virtual offers).

When it came to digital marketing, I used to struggle hard. I clung to in-person speaking events because it felt easier to me than doing "webinars" which scared me to death. But I learned how webinars worked and I got my first one up and into the world, and it was a game-changer for me. I also walk you through the other ways in which I reached people digitally and I share all the platforms I used (and what I still use today).

I then walk you through how I deliver my different services online, from my 1-on-1 and group coaching programs, and memberships to online courses... I explain how they all work in my business and the tools we use to execute each one.

It's now more important than ever that we learn how to reach and serve people online. If you have been resisting this stuff, we simply can't afford to do that anymore. And trust me... it's all a lot easier than you think. If you've been putting off building that email list or trying webinars, this episode will be the kick in the pants you may need.
