This is another BONUS episode I recorded in light of the global COVID-19 crisis. This time we're talking about how to pivot in your business, in a time of chaos and uncertainty.
I walk you through some of the decisions we made as a result of not being able to run our spring conference, Business Bootcamp, as the in-person event we had originally planned. I shared some of my thoughts and feelings along the journey and I also share how we made these decisions and why and then how we communicated the changes with our community.
