In this episode, I share my tips and tricks on the strategy side of navigating crisis. We look at how to prioritize the right things in our business and decide what needs our attention first.
I then share how to communicate with our people during times like this. I also talk about the importance of protecting relationships (not just revenue) and being agile, adjusting things like our terms and conditions as needed. I stress the importance of keeping our clients and partners happy and informed.
And last, I ask you to take a look at your targets and goals for this year. Do we need to adjust any of those, so that we can set you up for success? If so, let's do that.
