Episode #52: Get Intentional for the Year Ahead

Dec 26, 2019

This week's podcast is actually the audio of a Facebook Live I did within the Mamas & Co. community. I'm big on repurposing content (aka working smarter not harder) whenever possible, and I feel that what we covered in this Facebook Live could be really beneficial to you all as well.

This week we're looking ahead to next year and we're getting intention all about what we want to make happen in the next 12 months. If you haven't done it yet, I recommend you take a few minutes to look back on last week's episode where we look back on the last 12 months. Listen to that episode FIRST and do the work, before attempting this week's work.

I start by asking you to think about setting intentional financial targets for the year ahead, specifically deciding on your gross revenue goal for 2020.

Then I ask you to think about setting two non-financial goals you'd like to achieve in 2020, but with intention. This could be a big milestone you're working towards, like starting a podcast or launching an online course. It could also be a personal goal, such as travel or wellness.  Maybe this is the year you plan to hire a coach so you can up-level in 2020.

Finally, I dive into the inner game and ask you to think about the mindset that will allow you to achieve these goals. So, if you're looking to work on your "inner game" in 2020 then this is a great place to start!

Since this is a Facebook live I share some of the comments that our members shared when this was live, which is kind of fun too! They share some of their words of intention for 2020 and I invite you to think about yours as well.
